About Us

Elgin Artificial Grass are a team of qualified artificial grass and resin surface installers.

Elgin Artificial Grass is a relatively young business. Although young in years, we have gone from strength to strength with every job. Our growth has been purely down to word of mouth and customer satisfaction. The latter being our most important objective with every job we take on and complete. Our philosophy is the quality of each job will drive more business referrals and thus a more successful business.

We are a small business with one tight nit team. This makes it easy to ensure quality remains as high as possible. The whole journey from initial consultation, quote completion and job sign off will be completed by myself, Charlie, the company owner. This means you only have one person to deal with at any one point throughout the whole process.

My road into the artificial grass world came about after being a landscaper's labourer and deciding I wanted something for myself. I successfully passed the only Lantra approved artificial grass installation course in the whole of Britain. This course gave me the background industry knowledge needed to become one of the best installers in the country, proven by being nominated this year (2022) for the “External trade of the year” award with Masters of the trade. To be nominated for an award within such a short period of time shows the quality of work we are producing.

From initial quotation to completion, the service from Elgin Artificial Grass (EAG) has been excellent. The communication has been outstanding. I could contact EAG at any point during the process and my calls were promptly answered or, if I could not get through, I received a call in short order if the phone was not answered.
Before the job was started, EAG contacted me well in advance to arrange start date and time.
As I work away, I could not be present while the work was completed. I was contacted regularly with an update on the progress of the job.
 
EAG were efficient and punctual in starting and completing the job.
No building mess was left after completion.
The finish and attention to detail has been outstanding.
