The common mis-conception with the installation of artificial grass is that it is an easy and simple job to complete. This is not the case and nearly everyone will have seen jobs that have been completed to an horrendous standard. The key to a quality installation is to get the sub base correct. If this isn't done correctly then even the most expensive grass will look like a bag of snakes when it is layed.

Supply and installation:
Whether or not you choose to have your artificial grass installation completed with ourselves, the journey will start with an initial consultation with myself. We will speak about your ideas and discuss any possible problems in what-ever way suites you, be it over a phone call, text, WhatsApp, email etc. Following this we will arrange a time and date for me to come and visit, measure up and go over the job process. After I have collected all the information, I will then recommend a specific grass or choice of grasses to suit your needs, preference and budget.

Having received the quotation and being happy to go ahead, we would then look to book a date for you. We will never ask for full payment upfront. To book a date we would take a 30% deposit, a further 20% would be payable anytime up to and including the job start date. The remaining 50% would only be payable after the job completion and handover.
